Overview. We have a vision. We think you may have something burning inside of you to seek to create and advocate a new health business category improve patient-focused health, thats commercially successful, within a highly regulated and often highly misaligned insurance and business policy incentive system and governance.
Step 1: Apply Now. We seek to identify, select, and prepare an executive leadership and governance team (e.g. C-Suite, Board of Directors, Board of Advisors) to launch a new legal entity to promote patient-focused and societal bladder health through our North Star point of view of probiotics and antibiotics balanced treatments and patented intellectual property.
Step 2: Foundations. Successful entry-level candidates will experience a 3-day intensive workshop, including customized planning, engagement with experts and intensive mentoring, followed by a cadence of check-ins at regular intervals in the months that follow.
Step 2: Stepping Stones. Successful advanced candidates will continue to actualize a formal path to growth, which means: Formally launch a business; become an employer in the community, creating at least 3 jobs; have a plan and pathway to grow to $1M in revenue.
Step 3: Commercial Launch. As a formalized executive team, governed by an institutional board of directors on behalf of investor shareholders
